Compared to other ballroom dances, Latin dances are generally in a faster-paced, more sensual, and have more rhythmic expression. The Latin dances are for couples, typically a man and a woman. Partners sometimes dance in a closed, tight position, and sometimes hold only one hand. Latin dancing, as Latin music, is sultry and physical. Catch “Cats In Concert” by the young musicians in The Cat Studio (School of Music, Dance & Events) on 24th December 2011, 2pm – 5pm at Penang Performing Art Centre ( PenangPAC), Straits Quay!!

This ain’t just another Christmas Concert. This is a concert put up by young talented musicians & dancers to present you their passion and what they’ve learn all these while at The Cat Studio. After all the lessons and classes conducted by The Cat Studio’s teachers, young musicians and dancers are now prepared to put up a Christmas Eve’s Concert for YOU!!

What will we have there?

Baby ballerinas as young as 3 years old!! We also have beautiful swans and cute little ducklings entertaining you with a graceful choreography trained by our Teacher Rebecca Shih.

Young musicians & dancers trained by our teachers will be proud to present their pieces, songs and routines for you! Although  some of them just joined not long ago, they are now also well prepared to perform for this concert.
