Yoga is a relaxing exercise that is able to help you release stress. Yoga helps to relax our body, mind and soul as well. That is why most of our students are working professionals who usually come for Yoga classes in the evening after their work period.

Do not see yoga as an awkward exercise because of the need to turn, to twist, to stretch our body. Though it seems difficult but actually it was just simply action that we’ve been doing it for a long while since we were a baby.

Relatively Efficient Classes

At The Cat Studio, we provide classes in group or individual so that you could choose your preference. We practice “small class culture”, so you don’t have to worry about big class problem such as losing attention from teachers.
